BREAKING NEWS ABOUT CONVENTION

Fellow members,
Please join the executive officers to extend appreciation to Mr. Abraham Kollison and the Midwest Chapter for a very
successful convention. The following are current highlights:
1. We exceeded the target of raising $10,000.00 toward obtaining educational materials for TNIMA. Up to the total
tally time last night, we had received combined cash, checks and pledges of $12,348.00.
2. Approval was made for shipment of materials to TNIMA by September 15,2009 pending review by the Board of
Directors
3. The revised constitution was ratified
4. The budget was developed and approved but still needs review by the Board of Directors.
5. Substantial financial and operational guidelines were developed pending some review by our attorney.
6. Outlines developed for short, medium and long term goals
7. Next convention to be held in Georgia in August 2010.
8. Next Mini-convention to be held with the Western Chapter hosted by Mr. and Mrs. Roland and Amanda Clarke in
Portland, Oregon.
